SNAFU Major

The "Promise"

After five months of SNAFUs and an alarming report from a Professional Engineer, we appealed to MyHome's President Mayan Metzler for help.  Mayan agreed to personally take charge of our project, and gave many assurances that damages and code violations would be quickly fixed by competent professionals. His credibility, however, began to crumble when he delayed telling us for 25 days that our new construction tested positive for hazardous molds.  Workmen showed up for only four of the ensuing 104 days.  After 27 documented requests, we still could not get MyHome to reimburse our expenses or agree to sign off on a proposed work plan. For all their empty promises, MyHome simply was not willing to spend the large sums of money needed to correct its mistakes.
