Pelham Building Inspector's Report - May 19, 2009

Advises that the architect (Trevor Spearman of Spearman Architectural Design) failed to present the required drawings and that the main beam in basement "in fact was not level and that it was appx 3/8th of an inch to a 1/2 in. out of level with the low point being atop the concrete block column."
