The Letter

On January 10, 2009 a letter was hand-delivered to our house from a young couple considering a renovation of their near-by home.  The letter praised the curb appeal of our house, and asked if we could recommend the people who performed the work.  Fortunately, we were home when the letter arrived, and we gave them a tour of our sagging, cracked and mold-stained walls.  The couple drove off wary of the pitfalls awaiting homeowners like us who trust the rhetoric of design/build firms like MyHome, LLC.
