Lior, could you please email me a brief note clarifying MyHome's position regarding the change orders addressed in my Sept. 16 letter to you? Michael Palmentiero has again implied work is being delayed because of unsettled extra charges.

Please let me know what portion of the above you believe MyHome should issue a "credit" for. Since we have gone over-budget, the credits will help us calculate our remaining funds, and prioritize which items we can afford to have completed. Hopefully this week we can sit down and go over our balance sheet regarding pending payments, disputed items and deferred work.
