Dominick Fanelli, of DSF Concrete, Inc., was brought in to apply stucco siding to our new construction five months into the project and four months behind schedule. Noticing extensive water damage to the new OSB siding as well as the crumbling stucco on the first floor, Dominic expressed his concern that the exterior of our home may have been compromised. These misgivings prompted us to retain a Professional Engineer to evaluate the renovation to date.  The Engineer’s report found multiple violations of NY building code and prompted us to bring MyHome to account for its abysmal performance.  DSF Concrete stuck with the project, adding two base layers of stucco to three sides of the house.  These went a long way towards reducing water infiltration during the remaining winter months.
